I had excellent customer service from Premier I Hauling. They were quick to contact me by telephone set up in home visit to give me an estimate They were prompt courteous and used all the appropriate Covid safeguards. On the day of service they arrived both gentlemen on time and ready to work. The weather was nasty and raining but they took great care and treating my house with respect. throughout the process The owner was receptive and answered all questions. I feel that I received an excellent value for the work that was completed. I highly recommend Premier I hauling and will be using them again.

I was in a desperate situation and I needed some one to haul a piece of furniture I purchased within 3 days. Plus I had a refrigerator that was being delivered the next day. Additionally, I needed some who would take away the old refrigerator from the basement AND take the new one down there. I called this business at about 6:40 pm and I got a call 6 mins later.
Paul answered the phone listened to my situation. And said "Yes, I can help you tomorrow morning." I told him that I had to drop dog off at the vets @8:15am. Paul said is 10:30 ok to meet you at the store? Not only did he arrive ahead of time at the store, we unfortunately had to wait until the store opened @11:00am.They declined breakfast, as I was going to get some. So instead, I brought back three McDonald's gift cards to him and his crew while we waited.
When we got to the house on this100 degree day in July, he and CJ had to dismantle the chair so that it could fit in the door. There was not one complaint. I could not have asked for a better team. They were professional, respectful, and very accommodating. As if that wasn't enough, his prices were very reasonable. I showed my extreme satisfaction with a handsome tip. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
